Repa,
Every day recently, whenever I check Spyware Blaster, to be sure all protection is enabled, in the Restricted Sites, it has been showing "Partially Enabled", 1 item disabled. It has never done this before.
Wonder why that happens every day now?

This is due to a known conflict between Spybot and Spywareblaster due to Spybot removing an entry in the restricted sites table because the domain no longer exists. You can read the official response from Team Spybot here:

This probably happened after a recent update you did of Spybot?
These 2 providers of anti-spyware software usually work together pretty well, so I would think this will be resolved by some future update of Spywareblaster or Spybot or both. In the interim, just continue to enable it if it bothers you.

Repa's link gives the answer, Thanks.
To summarise the response says:
We have removed the domain (5starvidios.com) because it is dead.
The domain is set to undo because it does not make any sense to block a dead domain.
