As the website states: "Paint.NET is free image editing and photo manipulation software designed to be used on computers that run Windows. It supports layers, unlimited undo, special effects, and a wide variety of useful and powerful tools." I dig it for photo retouching because it's free and I can use it without much guilt for a small donation. Check it out all you "Photo Shop" and "Paint Shop" aficionados.

This is a great alternative to photoshop. Much better then the Gimp. This tool will make it easier to make the GGMG logo for those of us without Photoshop,

Thank you and I agree.
I have had paint.net for some time now.
Like all other photo software, it has become a toy to me for working with scrapbooking etc.
