At the bottom of the site that you posted is a great tool. It is an ISO image burn utility for XP. This allows you to copy CD's and DVD's that are bootable, such as applications and OS's.  I certainly wouldn't advocate the illegal copying of software, but it is a good practice to make a working copy of the disks that you buy and then place the originals into storage in plastic cases. XP doesn't have the ability to burn these and retain the bootability of the copy, and even the later versions of Nero will not do it dependably.
