Hi Ingrid try uninstalling your flashplayer. Then go to the adobe site and reinstall a new one.

Make sure you install the flashplayer plugin for any other browser you may have this includes firefox.

I uninstalled and re-installed the flashplayer and was able to view.  However, can't remember all those statistics.
