It's looking fantastic... I like how we have to "Enter" 
Then I like the page with the index (the red page)
May I suggest that you try to keep one color scheme. It makes things balance... too many color schemes and people will be thrown off by it. (It's one of the rules in Web page Building)
I don't understand why should the forum open on another window?
It's not important, but do you think you find a way not to make this happen... the only time you should need a person to open a new window is when redirecting to another site. (another rule  )

i dont mind, we are having trouble with the layout. But getting there. I may just download a good template for now, and once the site gets begger, then ill worry bout making a unique layout and such.

I agree with Sam, wwe. In fact, your link causes my pop-up blocker to block the opening of the new window. If one is super-cautious (like me), one will not venture farther to unblock the page unless one knows for sure where the link is taking one, and that it is safe to do so.
