If you click on this link, you will see the main floor of Hogwarts, then on this site, the artist had mapped more floors.
I have gone over these maps, they are extremly accurate and are based on facts. There may be a few flaws, but good luck getting better.
**NOTE** Use these as references, this is not the bible of Hogwarts.
