Hogwarts Online has a possibility of being played on a web browser (like those games like runescape) instead of being downloaded!  What do you all think? Graphics will be the same and everything. I feel this is better instead of having to download a whole file. It also allows Linux players and Mac players to play the game.

Well there's this website that uploads .exe files or whatever file so that you can play by browser.

Sorry to Party Poop, but I have heard of that. As I think I remember hearing from Dreamora that if they do that the player has to download the game every time.
So you would have to download your 200 MG every time. Runescape does that too except your only download a very tiny amount, I can't remember the numbers.

Runescape would also be an extremely small game because it is optimised for such a thing, hence runescapes poor graphic content.

No I haven't actually. But I don't really know about it. Currently the game wont be for linux unless its a patch.

i think if this ran as well as runescape, not only would it be a great triumph but i feel it would be much better with the harry potter theme, no download but test it, run it

runescape itself doesnt run all to well, its only because its a few MB that it can be accessed on a webpage. Compare it to client games... you really cant, they have ALOT more content because of their larger file sizes. Its only a one time download (Excluding new releases and Betas)
