Alright today I have edited the time settings for the game. It used to be 1 minute real time equals 1 hour ingame. I thought that made days too quick since a full day would equal 24 minutes of playing and classes would be too quick. Razz I have made it so that it is now every 3 minutes that passes in real time, an hour has passed ingame. However I might change that: what would you all think would be long enough? 6 minute classes are ok however it might not exactly hit the spot.

In classes it's setup just like the regular HP world: make potions, transfigure things, learn new spells, discover new creatures and may be able to keep them as a pet, quidditch class (for first years only) teaches you about quidditch, and so on.

@calum
Ok cool

@Hollow
Well what do mean by "questish"? It depends though: it's more like learning new things and you get homework. (not too much though).

Alright then 6 minutes it is. Very Happy

@Hollow
Well no it wont be a series of quests per day. Each student takes around 4-7 classes a day (depending on the day). Classes are setup as a regular class but more interactive. The quest engine however requires something involving killing, talking, or delivery.

I  think  it  may  be  that  they  stand  up  and  walk  around  practising  the  spell  and  only  sit-down  when  we  listen  to  the  teacher.

No lol I don't mean like just sitting in a desk for 6 minutes lol. All of your classes will be more interactive. Meaning interactive I mean like actually casting spells on objects and/or other people and there's also like potions class which is making potions of course. They are all fun: one of my favorites though is the Quidditch class (first years only) and it's pretty much playing a sport. Razz
