Well  an  age  system  for  an  NPC  is  a  bit  silly  as  we  don't  want  to  see  an  80  year  old  harry  wandering  Hogwarts.  Anyway  we  can  have  seven  different  harry's  and  put  them  in  different  rooms  (small  rooms  that  don't  have  anything  in  them)  and  then  once  you  completed  the  main  quests  he  had  for  you  then  you  have  to  talk  to  someone  else  and  say  you  get  to  a  higher  level  and  you  need  to  do  another  few  main  quests  by  talking  to  a  second  year  Harry.  The  old  room  where  the  1st  year  Harry  will  be  locked  to  you  but  open  to  people  who  haven't  done  the  quests.  And  so  it  carries  on  and  the  same  can  happen  with  other  NPCs  that  are  important  to  the  storyline.
