Woah wait: a 3D game? Like actionpacked and everything? That's a lot of space you'll be uploading on Apple's store.  2D games would be better for the itouch. Unless you have like more than a 6 GB itouch. 2D is less space because it doesn't require all of the graphics and stuff. Plus you're limited with the itouch, Unity doesn't have all those features as the one for computer. And you'd end up paying $100 more for Unity and the itouch liscense.

Probably not too detailed. I'm not saying you cant, but if you're talking about making some call of duty 4 type game for the itouch then that will be hard especially if it has like next gen graphics. Plus you have to spend $100 to get the liscense for itouch apps.
