Most of the forum already knows this, but I'm planning on making another video game after Hogwarts Online's release (I'm not ditching this game I'm only coming up with ideas for my new game so don't get the wrong idea). This game will be an FPS/RPG game and it can invert from first person to 3rd person. So you will be able to see your custom made character.  I've already started writing ideas and the storyline and I've even come up with a unique name. The name could be still pending but it seems decent. The name of the game is called The Generation I: Origination. I plan on starting a series of the Generation games so yeah.  I'll briefly explain what the game is about:
The Generation I: Origination is a game based during fantasy/medieval times or ancient times. So there are dragons to be slayed or hunted and other creatures. There is a character customization/creation menu when you first play the game or start a new game and create a player. There will be a few races to choose from. Not the basic Gnome, Dwarf, Elves, Human kind of thing (I find those races very common in mmorpgs and rpgs and it's boring). They are unique races and have their own abilities and what not. There will be many features in the gameand it is a singleplayer RPG game for the PC. I believe it might be compatible with MAC users and Windows users. More info to come!
Also the reason the game has The Generation I is because I mentioned it would be a series of games. (Like The Generation II, II, IV). The games are based generations so that is why it has the word in it. Medieval was early so I started with that. The Generation II could be revolutionary war or World War II times. The Generation III I plan to have based on modern times (current times). IV will be future. So yeah, I have things planned out. And Hollow, I think you might like the fact that I'm not basing my games off of movies or books anymore lol after Hogwarts Online.

I like it not based of anything as well. Gives me more freedom.
A series!!? COUNT ME IN ALL THE WAY!!!! 
So this game series will be like different story lines throughout different generations? I know exactly what I want for the modern one.
Also I am glad you kinda skipped the whole many story lines in one game. I would like to have one story line with thrilling character development,humor,thrills, and romance.  lol

Thanks guys for the replies.
They will be a different storyline in each generation. It wont be like the same character and stuff (after all you have character creation in each game). The modern version (the generation III possibly or II I haven't decided) will be based on the current modern like conditions. Such as the stuff you see today. There is also warfare going on so keep that in mind. I plan on adding some things that wont belong in modern times (such as a mutated creature every once and a while).
And patzo what do you mean by romance? lol

sounds cool to me, i think it would be cool if the main character of every game is in the same bloodline. so if you were playing ww1 game the medieval character would be like your great great great grandfather. |

Yeah I was thinking something along the lines of that. In the modern one though you actually have a family. A brother and a sister so in the future one I suppose they'd be like your great great aunt and uncle lol.

Heh heh. Any story needs some romance. I feel in a very VERY romantic mood.

It seems you do. Love in men is seen in the eyes first. So as us males, we tend to say we don't "love" a girl but we actually can. I'm not saying you specifially are but yeah, you know what I'm implying.
