I've noticed we might have been spied on; and the fact that there is a lot of people talking about making a game called "Hogwarts Online". I have read a petition and seen a video of things called Hogwarts Online. Now, I'm not sure where they got it from, i dont know if its the same person. But its like ripping off of this game.

First of all, we never picked an official name, have we? Second of all, "Hogwarts Online" would be a popular option for anyone making a Harry Potter-related MMO and may not even know about this project. Third of all, it's stealing the name "Hogwarts" anyways from Warner Bros., etc. Fourth of all, that video was completely fake. Fifth of all, the petition was just a petition to EA, not an actual game being made. |

k that's good, Also if we really desperatly needed to change the game cause of a game by ea or the author not giving us copy rights, we could just change names of everything, and use a theme that is some what similir, but nothing with same names. Like hogwarts, hogsmade.. ect. And just make it with a big school with kids and learnign so it's just a "coincide" they resemble

Umm... couldn't you tell that the game "by EA" was totally fake? That ad was obviously made from Windows Movie Maker. |

Yeah I saw that too, someone was talking about it in Project Aperecium (sp). It was obviously a fake though, EA wouldn't dare slap together a trailer for a Harry Potter MMO so sloppily.

To tell the truth, Project Aparecium... well, no one, not even the developers apparently, know what the heck's going on. Either they don't know or they are deliberately trying to confuse people. One developer says were starting as kids, the other says as adults. None on them agree on anything; they argue sometimes and hardly ever give straight answers.
And they pushed the beta release date back, after getting everyone all hyped up. Then we found out that they still aren't done with most of the main scripting yet they were going on like they were. And THEN they asked us to actually write scripts for quests for them.
At least were getting screenshots and progress reports on this game. All I have seen of the other is a screen of Durmstrang that was nowhere near being done.
(Oh, by the way, I'm Harry's Sidekick now. * Turns away and goes "Yesssss!" Napoleon Dynamite style*)

lol, Ya i wouldn't be surprised if they wer kids, it seems like something liek that could happen with them, i mean liek younger kids, under age 16, or some pretty immatured adults who need to get laid lol
