I think it's annoying. Let's get an ad-free.

The host has removed the advertising folders (you might have noticed) andset up a new type of ads. I haven't found one on our board yet, but they say:

Quote:

You will notice green double underlined links on various pages that link to pages relating to the underlined word.

I want you to tell me if you would find or find this kind of ad annoying. I could buy an ad-free board as well, that's no problem, really.

Let me know what you are thinking... the poll runs for 10 days.

I have no problem with adv. Sabine. No need to spend money on ad-free board.

Okay...the  host is going on testing ads and I must say that the current ad is the most annoying one for me.   cuss  I just want you to let you know that I'll go for an add-free board now. Please be patient, I'll handle this as soon as I can...

Bine... I really don't want you to go to any extra expense here. We can get use to these ads if it helps you keep up the page. (!)  The ads under the page banner break up your nice design... but again... we can get use to them. At least they are not popups... like Stephanie posted...

Are you forced to put the banner under the header pic? If not, perhaps it would look better to put it in the footer so that it did'nt breake up the nice design. What do you think? :)
