The following is a link to a website that claims Joaquin may have the lead in the John Singleton movie Without Remorse. I know its an old article but I wonder if there's any truth to it? Wouldn't he be wonderful in a CIA role?

That is an old article and the movie has been shelved for now. I read on another Joaquin website he wanted more money than what they were offering him. It was right after the Oscars and I think it said he was asking for $7 million and they didn't want to pay him that. |

I heard that they wanted to do several movies afterwards, like a serie. Maybe it's the reason why Joaquin refused. Maybe we'll know for sure one day...
I heard also that Singleton since Joaquin refused, resigned from the project. |

Thanks. I knew it was an old article; I just wanted to know if there had been any recent updates.
Commie...I don't blame Singleton; who better for the job than our own Joaquin? |
