Actor JOAQUIN PHOENIX went to dangerously extreme lengths to play New York nightclub boss BOBBY GREEN in new film WE OWN THE NIGHT - including sticking his fingers down his throat to induce vomiting.
The Gladiator star, whose character is physically sick after seeing his father being shot, admits he had to learn the behaviour of a bulimic in order to throw up convincingly on screen.
He says, "You take a lot of cereal, you drink a lot of milk and you pound down two waters in a row and you jump up and down and you put your hand down your throat and you wiggle it all around until you vomit."

And Mel that what I thought :milk ?? Must have been soy milk but then again if you let him drink cows milk he would through up, his stomach isn't used to it

Wow....I can honestly say I had no idea what was coming out of his mouth when I saw the film. It looked gross but I wasn't sure what exactly was going on. Nobody I went with knew either.... now, I know...makes sense though. Ewwwwwww......

Actually it does taste worse i only drink soya milk me being a Vegan, i know how brilliant he is as an Actor but God he must love his art to do that, God love him  lovexxxx |

Yucky!!!! Yep, it sounds like something Joaquin would do!!! 
But I do admire people who can give up meat & etc. to be Vegan, like our man, Joaquin!!!
