EDIT:
I looked but could not find anything. You can sign up on Amazon.uk, for you to be notified when the release date comes.
I wish I had more for you. 
ANOTHER EDIT:
Amazon in the U.S. has the movie coming out on the 12th.

WOTN goes to the theatres in Czech Republic on February 7!!!!
Sooner than I expected!!!! I canīt wait to see it. After that I can read all your opinions a reviews. I didnīt want to read it before I will see it!!!
We will go with Ary!!!

Great news for you and Ary Jindra!
I was telling Jindra that I missed various things in the opening scene of WOTN, including Joaquin kissing Eva the first time I saw WOTN.
14 times later, I think I have studied every scene now and not missed anything!
