I have looked and looked for a RR release date for UK. Empire and Odeon Cinema's replied to me saying:

NO RELEASE DATE SCHEDULED FOR 2008

Still waiting for VUE to reply.

I will keep you posted if I hear anything.

I will try CINEWORLD again too.

Luckily I have seen it at the BFI festival last yr in London.
