I do understand the Constitution and the laws, I also understand regulations put in place to support the Constitution and the laws.

In two sentences you have contradicted yourself. The regulations you put in place did breach the constitution and were therefore unconstitutional. If the Parliament had however, passed an act which said that Non-Registering for an election in a prescribed way, under election law declared the voter  to be “incapacitated” then your regulations would have been totally acceptable and constitutional. But as the current law stands, non-registration does not render you “incapacitated” to vote and thus any method which prevents non-registered citizens from voting is illegal. I hope you understand this and this is what I am trying to say. I have nothing against your system as it is a good system in my opinion, but under the current law and constitution it is Illegal and that is that. There is nothing more we can do about it until the Parliament sits again and actually makes a Election Bill so that it can be passed into Law, so citizens must register to vote.

If I have insulted you in anyway by my posts or the way I’ve put things, I am sorry and my original intention for this was just to point out that a Registration System under the current system cannot be allowed. I have every confidence that you are trying to put together a fair and democratic election and I did not mean to cause such trouble only point out the above fact. Therefore, I will resolve myself to allow you to use whatever system you want in the best interest of the Kingdom and will keep such issues to myself in the future, rather than cause such chaos. You are a good Prime Minister who has the best interests of Devonia at heart and wants the best for her.

Once again I am sorry for any insults or trouble I have caused.

Michael
