We King Rafael Aluveaux, His Royal Majesty, King of Devonia to Subjects of the Kingdom of Devonia, do hereby declare this Royal Act.
Whereas, No precedent has been set for this subject of law,
Whereas there has been no formalized common knowledge among the citizenry,
Whereas We King Rafael II do wish it so;
Let it be known that from Hence forth the King is to be addressed as His Royal Majesty, or His Royal Highness.
Let it be known that the latter of the two shall be strictly for informal conversations, and settings.
Let it be known that the First of the Two shall be the Title used to address His Majesty on all but other occasions besides what was previously stated.
In Accordance with the constitution of Devonia.
