First Priority shall Be the Election of a Prime Minister and a Deputy Prime Minister
Second The Rules of Procedures for the Parliament shall be formed along with other Internal Rules.
Third, I suggest forming a working Calendar in which Legislation shall be introduced and Debated Upon and Voted on in a manner which is timely.
Fourth, I suggest that the Very Most Fundemental Laws be proposed and debated upon, After Which time Legislation for other Functions should be proposed and Debated Upon. _________________ His Royal Majesty King Rafael II of the House of Aluveaux. My Honourable Friends, in response to the agenda outlined by His Royal Majesty, the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister have already been elected.
As to the rules for procedure in Parliament, I am in the process of writing a Draft Parliamentary Procedures Bill, which I intend to present to Parliament for discussions, allowing for possible additions or changes. There are many things to take in consideration while writing this, but I hope to be able to present the draft within the next week.
The Calendar of Legislation and the establishment of the Very Most Fundamental Laws cannot commence until we have established our internal rules of procedure, so I am working to finish this Bill as swiftly as I can. _________________ Christopher Wright MP
