Royal Decree of Attendance
I. This act shall be known henceforth as Prime Ministerial Law of Attendance or the Royal Decree of Attendance.
II. The Prime Minister being most essential for the safety of the State and all those under the jurisdiction of the state whatsoever; the right of a Prime Minister to take extended leaves of absences shall be abridged.
a. The Prime Minister has a duty to the State and shall henceforth be required to remain a level of activity to be outlined as follows:
i. The Level of activity that shall be required for the Prime Minister shall be the act of being active on the forums at least one day out of every three days.
ii. The following level of activity shall be mandatory for the Deputy Prime Minister.
III. Shall these levels of activity not be met by the Prime Minister; the PM shall be charged of Obstruction of Justice and shall take formal legal action.
a. The charge may be appealed to the general caucus of Parliament.
i. The charge shall de facto be appealed to the High Court of Devonia also.
b. Upon a charge the then Prime Minister shall forfeit his right to be Prime Minister of Devonia; the Then Deputy Prime Minister shall upon the formal announcement of a charge become the acting Prime Minister to finish out the former Prime Minister’s term.
i. The New Prime Minister shall with due thought and prudence issue an appointment for the office of Vice President to finish out the term.
1. This appointment shall only be legal in this instance.
2. Both New Officials shall once again take Oath for the Office they are to take.
IV. This bill being the most necessary to the vital functions of the State; this bill shall be brought up for revision by the Crown Council.
V. This Decree shall Become Enactive after the Passing of Parliamentary Procedures. _________________ His Royal Majesty King Rafael II of the House of Aluveaux.
