I, firstly wish to thank you all for your support in the election and your confidence in me, that you duly elected me Prime Minister of this great nation, our nation, Devonia!!!
I am not naïve to the great task that lies before me, Devonia is far from perfect and needs a lot of work in order to secure her as a successful, prosperous and Peaceful nation.
As Prime Minister I will strive to complete the tasks set out by my Party, the DDP, in addition to the complete completion of tasks handed to me by the Crown and the Citizens of this Great Kingdom. The three main objectives I have at the Moment, for urgent completion are:
1. The Immediate setting up of the Parliamentary Procedures and the passing of Laws in this Kingdom via the Parliament
2. To Review of the current Immigration system and to implements changes in this system to make it more attractive to new prospective citizens. In addition, I will strive to setup the Immigration Assistance Board, which will aid new Citizens and Prospective citizens in adjusting and finding out about Devonia
3. A complete review of the Ministry of Finance and the Re-opening of the Royal Treasury, this is with the view to implement change in the system, so that we have a system that is apt to the current and near future Devonia.
The Development of the Kingdom as a Community of People, is my main priory, to this extent I have a number of projects planned which I hope will bring all Citizens together as a closer community and will encourage them to work more together for the greater good of the Kingdom.
As for the Present, I would like to urge the King to appoint the Ministers of the Kingdom ASAP, I have sent my own personal recommendations on the Ministerial Positions to the King via E-mail and ask that he consider these recommendations when appointing the Ministers of this Kingdom to His Royal Cabinet.
I have a Number of tasks that I would like each minister to complete and I will be sending these to each minister upon their appointment by the King. More details on this will be made at a later date.
It is of major importance that the Kingdom get along with its fellow Micronations, this is why I am putting a Special Priority on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be developed in such a manner that it is able to handle the demands and stresses of the International scene, in addition to having high level of diplomacy with a view to entering negotiations with intermicronational organisations and bodies as regards joining that organisation.

I would like to Remind the Prime Minister Kindly that Ministers are under the Jurisdiction of the Sovereign.

I thank you for pointing out these facts and rest assured that I have no intention of making any decisions on these matters. I was simply pointing out, what I would be doing via The Parliament and Legislation, e.g. wiritng bills based upon the Finidings after a Parliamentary review.
I will do my best to recommend the His Majesty what is the best for his Kingdom and his Subjects, in my role as Prime Minister.
