I've taken the liberty of coming here with the Prime Minister, Juan Ciervo of Alexandria. The Rt. Hon. Prime Minister, like me, wishes to invest more time in the establishment of of diplomatic relations between Alexandria and Devonia.
His Royal Majesty and I, in my capacity as Minister of Foreign Affairs have been discussing. I've also invited him to come and visit Alexandria sometime and see what we're all about. If there is anything i can do,

Sirs, you may know that I am Austi Scot, appointed at this time by His Royal Majesty King Rafael II of the Kingdom of Devonia as his Regent. I am the same Austi Scot who is a but a lowly citizen of your great land, Alexandria.
It is with the same hope and desire for a closer diplomatic relationship that I respond to you. I shall post in your nation and hereby make a request that we might begin a process by which a Declaration of Friendship may be drawn. It would be my hopes that when the King returns we shall present it for his review, approval and signature. I shall encourage citizens of Devonia to visit Alexandria.
