We Rafael II, by the Grace of God, do now name, establish and create of our own authority the Regent, by which the Kingdom of Devonia is to be ruled by.
Whereas in the Next couple of weeks, Due to a medical surgery I shall be unable to fulful all of my duties as King, I hereby Appoint Austi Scot as my Regent until Such Time that I may take on the Full responsibilities of Government demanded Upon me.

I do wish to thank all of you for your support. The surgery is infact minor but highly complex. So in an attempt not to stall anything, I would request that all bills and such legislations recieve Temporarily Enacted status Until Such Time that I can give Royal Assent.
