By the Command of His Royal Majesty, Rafael II, King of all Devonia, Perpetual Defender of the People of Devonia, Rex Pertetuum, Sovereign of the lands of Devonia, By Grace of God, Lord Protector of the Realm, Consul of Etampes, Prince of Arretium, Prince of Apulia……, King of Devonia, Chief of the Order of Devonia and of the orders awarded by the Empire;
WHEREAS We have created the following titles of Nobility in the Kingdom;
LET IT BE KNOWN THAT We shall as a royal body use the Above title in all Official State Business
