As Prime Minister and Head of government it is my role to appoint Ministers. Currently I am seeking a Minister of Foreign Affaris.

You are not head of Government, You are Head of Legislature....Only the King has the Constitutional Power to appoint Ambassadors,etc.

It is true, that only the King has the Constitutional Power to appoint Ministers, but they are usually appointed by the King on recommendation from the Prime Minister. The reason for this is that it frees the King for being blamed for a Bad Minister and suffering the Result of such. Whereas, if the Prime Minister recommended the Minister, blame will fall upon him rather than the King, thus keeping the King free from Blame and the Anger of the citizens should it result to this. A Prime Minister can be easily replaced, a King cannot!
So, I think, in order to keep you Royal Highness, free from Blame of Bad Ministers that you should appoint Minister on recommendation from the Prime Minister as he recommends Ministers to Your Royal Government.

That is it exactly. Even in the United Kindom and in the commonwealth states the Prime Minister is the Head of Government and the King/Queen is head of state.
