Whereas the Parliament has been inactive.
Whereas it is the vital function of the Kingdom, I do ordain this act.
All members of parliament at the beginning of their term shall propose legislation to set the functions of the Body.
All members of parliament at the beginning of their term shall set the certain dates for vacations and inactive days.
Parliament members shall if they wish desolve their membership in the body by making a public declaration. |
