Two Teens have been charged somewhere in the States, possibly Texas, with teaching 2 small children how to smoke pot, the children have been taken into protective custody. I saw it on the news a few minutes ago, they even videotaped the children smoking and holding the blunts in their hands, at least the had the sense to block out their faces, but one of the perp's face was clearly visible. What are your thoughts on this, is it sick or what?
