Personally, the main thing I look for in a poker site is honesty. Basically, when I win some money and decide to withdraw some, do I feel secure or do I hold my breath and hope.
So far, the best sites in my experience have been Vegas 247 and Absolute. In both cases, I've received withdrawals in under 24 hours (even with the Netteller fiasco). Most other sites have forced me to jump through hoops to withdraw, or have taken several weeks since Netteller closed.
