Hey folks,
This is a special night. Its been way toooo looong since the Crystal Corner has had some good blues/soul/funk bands. Well, maybe the blues lull is over... this Saturday, October 25th, Marcus King and Thee Royalty will perform on the big stage.
MKTR is a 10-piece (sometimes more) band with a horn section, female backup singers, hammond b3, and more. Doing songs from artists and groups such as Wilson Pickett, The Bar-Kays, WAR, Darondo, The Stylistics, The J. B.'s, Aretha Franklin, Sly and The Family Stone, and a ton more. Come on down and support this great music!
