Ok, has anyone ever sat in the LOOOOOOOOONG line on 24 (heavy traffic time) coming from Bel Air, the light where the walmart is...have you ever noticed whent he light goes green, no one moves; then when it goes red, everyone moves up and you end up travelling 1/2 a mile. What is that!?

Horrid intersection. I've run dozen of accidents there, and people are just impatient. Dumb set up though. Supposedly, they are going to change it in the next two years...that should be interesting...

People coming from 95 onto 24 (that direction), when the arrow is red, stop. Dont keep going for the next 17 cars.
One time, well all worked together and got a car stuck (mid turn) in the intersection after the light went red. Everyone just went around him on either side. I was kinda hoping he would still be waiting when I got back from work.
