The boss thinks it's either a pasterie or beef wellington. I happen to think that is a bag of microwave carmal popcorn that ran amuke!!!LOL!!!!!!!

It's a double crusted apple pie that was steamed in the brown paper bag instead of baking it, although it was done in oven...this is a product from a place in Wisconsin that is very popular...if you have the link to site I would love to order one of these over the internet..rumor has it they are very good.

The pie pictured is an 8 inch pie,.. they also have a 9 " pies and smaller personal sized pies , which are about 4 -5 "in diameter ,....and the topping is Caramel , the establishemnt from which it was purchased is called the Elegant Farmer .. in Mukwonago , Wisconsin , The first link here is provides alittle history on the establishemnet
