N4UM is a good program/tool to have! Especially when working with leagues and carsets.... You can change the ratings of a car and apply the rating package to all of the other cars also! It save time of going into the game and putting the ratings in one by one! There is a catch though.... The folder with the mod has to be named cup and the cars in the mod have to be with .cup physics..... Google search it to find it!
