ok to start off on editing a mip

*change it to .bmp or .tga in mipexp and refresh it

*in any painting program, load it and change it the way you want to

*then, save it refresh in mipekp again and click the -> mip N2002 button, should notice the change in both the bmp and mip file

*take ONLY that mip and place it in the track folder

*should load in the game

When starting out making a new track, what exactly do I have to do first? Like:
How do I set the outlines/shape of how I want the track to look? What all do I need exactly?
