Can I have an estimation as to how long?
Doesn't matter about length of time. Just as soon as you can. I gives me time do make a schedule/ratings etc
I think I've got good ratings to reflect the CoT handling |

I don't think a new league is a good idea unless you put it up on a new forum. We still have one league that we are waiting on to start (one reason being we are waiting on the first one to finish).... Not a good idea, but I would run it if it were on a new forum.
