lol yay now i have nr2k3 and i can run it now im gathering tracks , cars, and the ss.net mod haha
how do i choose a car to run
and #2 how do i simulate races i'd like to do an offline league for like 15 races or 20 lol

1. For seleting your car, go to the Players options. 
2. Offline leagues are always ran in the Singleplayer mode, all you do is just watch the cars go and not get on the track at all
Did you ever get the NR2003 2.1.1.0 Patch installed yet?

1.2.0.1 - do you need to install it even if it is on the loading screen (like for NR2002 it's like 1.1.0.1)
If it's there does that mean the patch is already installed?

No, if NR2003 1.2.0.1 is on the loading screen, you have it already and don't need it. You need the patch because it has the physics updates (adds the gns and cts and pta) Which means now you can download all mods and also race online
