Could you change that car into a 2008 Chevy CoT?

All I know is that if you have winMip 2 you can change a car file into a tga., then you could put that base on a CoT in something like photoshop

The what? You mean the tga? If so, then when you go on the website that pop-up box is the download. So save it , put it in your cars save the tga then do what ever you can...
