They could be done in any rendering program, but the best one is 3DS MAX which costs $3500

nothing you can download will give you good renders... NR2002 viewer does the best of the free stuff

All you have to do is post the Jpg image of your car that your wanting done. Now if you download the car here is what you do.

Go into your game, and click on oppontent manager, choose the car, then click export the file.

Then if you have Photoshop or Paintshop, open your NR2k2 folder, click open import/export the open that file.

Once you open that, then while in Photoshop/Paintshop save the file as a jpeg, so you can post it and that all.

If you cant do that, then just put up a link to the file, then I will get if for you.
