I was wondering if someone could make me a 39 out of this number set and in psd please . i cant get them the same on both sides of the car looks bad.

just open the set, delete the background layer, and select the 3 and right click copy visible then paste it on the temp.do the same thing for the 9, resize them then duplicate them both to the other side of the car, and to the roof. hope this helped!!! Very Happy
