i dont care about ur dads job xD lol j/k. still if u need a new comp get vista...if you have a comp install xp...but if ur going for new...they only come with vista installed i think. so to spend 1000 dollars on a comp and then 100 to restore to xp when you had a perfectly useable system...idk idc lol

can't you still demand they put XP on it instead of Vista, and places like Gateway and Dell will do it? Thats why I got XP on this computer, but this one is 7 months old now
