I just saw the errors over at MixSig and came over here to open up. I spoke to Lisa a few days ago, and let me tell you, nothing like this was ever supposed to happen. Not just those errors, but this long wait. She seriously meant for the Nexus to be down for a day, maybe a week at most. But everything from the html code to her web hosting company threw all kinds of problems her way, and she's been scrambling this whole time.
We are so sorry you've all had to wait through this big long delay. Thank you everybody for having been so patient!
HOWEVER - please do keep checking the real Nexus. Lisa was optimistic that things would be up and running this week, and you never know, that may still happen. So if you do see the real Nexus operational, check the Announcements folder first for any notes from Lisa (she said she'd try to have a message up so people know what's working properly and what isn't yet) and of course use Give Us Your Thoughts!

Hi all. I'm still getting those SQL error messages. Is this what you're all seeing too? Same message for either the MixSig main site or the Nexus index.
Two notes:
1. We're having some problems with the 'mods at mixsig' e-mail address (please don't actually write the whole thing out anywhere so we don't get spam -- all the places Lisa has it on MixSig, it's a graphic, not text). It seems not all of us can access it anymore. I know Lisa and Fogwolf can't get into it, but I still can, though I'm not sure about Emma. Just to be safe, I'd recommend using Give Us Your Thoughts or PMs here until we can get that e-mail working properly again.
2. Fogwolf suggested opening the rest of the folders here, and as you can see I thought it was a good idea. Truthfully I had hoped the SQL errors would have gone by now, but they haven't, so the whole place is wide open now for as long as necessary.
I'll be calling Lisa this afternoon. I'll update again afterwards.
Thank you Kela! I have missed everyone here . I hope the forums are up soon. But I totally understand that the technical difficulties are preventing it - we know that you and Lisa are working very hard, so we'll be patient.

Sorry, I'm not a big fan of the pink highlighting, it reminds me of that artificial watermelon smell.
