They're character names (alien names, actually -- not a human in the bunch) from a SF paperback, Bio Rescue.

Onkar - black and then reddish orange
Rushan - purplish
Saree - blue and caramel
'Zangian - several shades of orange
Kevarzangian - red and orange

What's funny is, there are other books (the StarDoc series and I think even a third series) set in the same universe, with completely different characters, and most of the StarDoc character names are cooler colors whereas most of these are warmer colors.

Nope. A varies from macaroni orange, to mango orange, to even a light pink. Sometimes it's a combination of a few, with tints of another (orange with hint of pink, etc).

Since I see every letter, I'm just going to type the colors once, instead of typing the color for 'A' three times in one name.
