I read one quote saying "Modesty cannot be imposed by force" huh? sure!
It is and every country aknowledges that. You can get arrested for indecency in US, UK, Colombia, China, Southafrica..and im saying random.
The only difference is that in secular countries the people decide while in countries that want to be Islamic then the limits are put by Allah. |

I agree with brother Learning Islam...
The Qur'an is very specific on what to wear and if this is how they think they can better their country islamically then Good. |
