I apologize for not giving clearer direction on how to submit your comments.

NEXT NEWSLETTER TO FOCUS ON VOLUNTEERS

Our next issue of DNR Recreation News will be about volunteers, volunteer opportunities, training, and stories about volunteering on DNR-managed lands. We’d like to get your input this issue. We may use some of your feedback to improve the volunteer Web page for the Recreation Program.

Here’s what we’d like to know:

What kinds of questions do you have about volunteering in general? For example, why do I need to fill out all that paperwork just to volunteer? (This will help us develop a “Frequently Asked Questions” link for our Web page.)
Share your story. What volunteer project did you work on in 2008 that you are most proud of? (Your story just might be highlighted in the newsletter or on the Web.)
