Position carries Administrative powers Forum Commandant [Doc McKelvie] 2nd in command Answers only to the board founder but has authority to issue Warnings without first submitting a request for approval from the board founder. Must still seek approval before banning or demoting any member or outright deleting a post. This position carries Administrative powers Forum Lieutenant Commandant  [afsp90_02] 3rd in command Answers Directly to the Forum Commandant, Fills in for the Commandant or board founder in the event of his/her not being available May be nominated by The Commandant but the final decision  lies with the Board Founder. This position carries Administrative powers Senior Forum Chaplain:[Mrs. Outsider 4th in charge Answers to The LT Commandant and up Primarily posts inspirational posts which are generally for those that belive in the Word of God. Does not mean the posts are "inter-faith"related these are generally protestant Christian views. This is not to exclude those that belive in Catholicism and does not imply that protestant is better, but Catholics tend to belive very close to the protestant belief with a few variations but we're not here to argue validity of belief the posts posted by our Chaplain are meant for comfort not tension. If you don't belive in these scriptures no one is going to force you to read the contents of these type posts. To read them you do so at your own discretion. The USA was founded by Judeo Christian believers therefore I have opted to allow these type of posts on our forum. The forum Chaplain is also here to council you if you have questions, prayer requests or whatever. This position carries Administrative duties Any direct attack on the chaplain or any staff member will result in immediate punishment by either me, The Sgt. Major or  the Forum Commandant. The punishment could be as lenient as a warning issued or 30 day account suspension Or depending on the severity of the attack could result in a permanent Ban from the forum. LieutenantChaplain:[Patches] 5th in charge Assists the Chaplain in any capacity they can with posting and counseling Answers directly to the Senior chaplain and will comply with ANY directives issued by the senior chaplain As with the senior any attacks will result in immediate punishment as detailed above and will be approved by me, The Commandant or the Sgt. Major but will be carried out by the Senior Chaplain Can be nominated by the Senior Chaplain but the final decision lies with the board founder. This position carries moderator powers Sergeant Major of the Forum [Mr. Smith] Not to be confused with the E-9 rank of Sgt. Major of the Corps that can be earned by posting. This one is a "Special" rank that must be appointed by the board founder based solely on merit and demonstration of proper leadership skills. The Sergeant Major of the forum is 6th  in command as far as staff is concerned but is in charge of all members E-10 and below. Is the first in the Chain of command for resolving problems between General~members. So if any member is having a hard time with another  General-member You must report to the Sgt. Major if he or she cannot resolve your problems you may then request he/she go further up the chain to request assistance in resolving the issue.Moderator powers Senior Command advisor [Smitty] 7th in command but alot of pull with the higher ups Is chief advisor to the staff and it is this persons job to inform a seinior staff member if they are out of line, or can make suggestions on possible improvments that could be made to the forum has administrative powers Lieutenant Command advisor[OPEN] 8th in comand but like the SR. has much pull with the higher ups on the staff roster Fills in for the Senior advisor if un available but pretty much the same job description has moderator powers Now for ban and punishment images, They are as follows. Warnings 1 [PM and signature privlages revoked for duration of issued warning] To warrant getting a warning you have violated forum rules and have been asked several times by me or one of the staff members to cease and desist in whatever you were doing wrong you have apparently ignored the verbal warnings and now have been issued a visual reminder that will remain with you in lieu of a board rank for a period of not less than one year from the time of warning being issued. Warnings 2 [PM and signature privlages revoked for duration of issued warning] If you after being warned with a visual reminder are still ignoring the directives of the staff to cease and desist from your wrong doings then you will now have two red x's to let everybody know that you are being totally disrespectful and that you have no respect for yourself or our mission here which is supporting our troops and that you are far from an honorable individual and therefore don't really deserve to hold a forum rank on any scale. You will carry the 2 red x's for a period of not less than 2 years from date of issue Solitary confinement So you've gotten two warnings and you still want to act worse than a 2 year old child The next step is solitary confinement which is a special place designated for trouble makers that apparently have no honor or respect for themselves or anyone else. So you will be allowed to remain a member here and this will be your VERY last chance to act like an adult. Or at least someone with an IQ higher than the average 2 year old. Now If all the punishments above have not sank into your thick skull by now that you must play by the rules and act like a decent human being in order to be a productive member here on our forum then you will be Permanently banned from our forum. and will have the following image replace your board rank We will follow the above stated model for trying to keep members from getting booted from the forum UNLESS you are being a total jackass in which case we will forego all of the above and go straight for permanent ban. Banishment is at best a last resort  and we will attempt to avoid banning in most cases but I don't suggest that you press your luck.
