This question was forwarded to a friend who worked in Saudi Arabia for 20 years. The following is his reply: Theologically - NO. . . . Because his allegiance is to Allah, The moon God of Arabia. Religiously - NO. . . . Because no other religion is accepted by His Allah except Islam (Quran, 2:256) (Koran). Scripturally - NO. . . . Because his allegiance is to the five Pillars of Islam and the Quran. Geographically - NO. . . . Because his allegiance is to Mecca , to which he turns in prayer five times a day. Socially - NO. . . . Because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews. Politically - NO. . . . Because he must submit to the mullahs (spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of Israel and destruction of America, the great Satan. Domestically - NO. . . . Because he is instructed to marry four women and beat and scourge his wife when she disobeys him (Quran 4:34). Intellectually - NO. . . . Because he cannot accept the American Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles, and he believes the Bible to be corrupt. Philosophically - NO. . . . Because Islam, Muhammad, and the Quran do not allow freedom of religion and expression. Democracy and Islam cannot co-exist. Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or autocratic. Spiritually - NO. . . . Because when we declare "one nation under God," the Christian's God is loving and kind, while Allah is NEVER referred to as Heavenly father, nor is he ever called love in The Quran's 99 excellent names. Therefore after much study and deliberation, perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in this country. They obviously cannot be both "good" Muslims and good Americans. * * * Call it what you wish; it's still the truth. * * * You had better believe it. * * * The more who understand this, the better it will be for our country and our future. The religious war is bigger than we know or understand. And Barack Hussein Obama, a Muslim, wants to be our President? You HAVE to be kidding?!  Wake up America! We have one that did take office that was first sworn in on the Bible and then the Koran. I will find the link as it is 4am and I can not sleep and get it back to yall. Nancy whatever also has her hand on the Koran. As far as Obama I can not find anything that says he is a Muslim. If someone has a link please post it. As far as his church I see it is all black. I can not say anything about that because my church is all white. We send money for mission work over seas has while as local. So...I dont think a muslim can be anything in America but a muslim but I dont think Obama is one of them. Yes I know this will upset some but I have been looking up all  I can on this man and the others. If we want a Christain in office I think Mitt would be left out. I really think that some need to think very hard before naming a child, as that name defines what that child will be at a later date. Obama has lost many votes just because of his name. He is losing many more because of what cult he belongs to. I do say cult because that "church" is not Christian. If it excludes, then it isn't love, which is Jesus. Therefore, by definition, it cannot be Christian. Matthew 7:15 states: Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. I don't usually quote scripture because those that do, most of the time, do it for the sake of shutting down conversation. I am merely making the point that many have lost their ability to discern. I think this is mainly due to the overload of information plus the media spin. Add a mix of frustration of wanting change and there you go... It is SO overused by those only wanting to silence others. I think it is fine to share your beliefes with others but bludgoning them over the head with it is NOT going to gain you any favor and is more likely to put them off in the end. BHO just makes me nervous because he heavily leans on his "church" for backing in his beliefs & to prove he is not muslim. The things I see on the website (and maybe is from the point of viewi I read it) and then the newsmax email I got yesterday about it, just seems to make me see him as being a pawn in somebody else's plan. Maybe I am wrong but SO MUCH charisma freaks me out... few ppl are that "strong" and self assured w/o some really strong social structure holding him/her up. Not saying can't happen - but is a really quality. Unfortunately with age comes being a little jaded :P I don't have a prob w/his church being all black at all - most here in Cody are too because there are only about 20 non-caucasion/hispanic living in the area. But it seems quite racist or one-sidedness in their support. I MAY have missed it, but did you see where they support any non-afrocentric societies? Like South American, Asian, etc.? I found IMO somethings were way off so I just stopped it. But you are right with that statement. We do not have cable but on CBS the other night I would have sworn we did.
