But who among you is up to a real challenge with post counts being boosted significantly Up to 2500 posts and a minimum of 1500 posts As you know post count is how your board rank increases BUT I don't want you to do this just for a higher board rank, I want you to do this because you want to see and be a part of this forums growth. Also I don't want anybody joining just for the sake of having their name on the members list either. We need good active members that want to participate and help the forum grow to higher hights than ever before. So your new recruit or recruits need to at least post their introductory post within their first 14 days of membership. It don't have to be fancy or well worded. It only needs to say who they are and who referred them[your screen name] beyond that I don't care what they say in their post as long as it is clean. What I am prepared to do is For every new civillian recruit that joins and posts their introductory post within the 14 day windowRequired is credit you 1500 post each to your total post count. Any civil servants such as policemen Fire Fighters or EMTs will earn you 2000 posts each. Any and I mean ANY Active duty military personell or Veterans will net you 2500 posts each!! Again the new members MUST post their introductory post within 14 days of joining in order for you to recive full credit and they MUST state  in their post which current member recruited them If they do not do this you cannot receive full credit for their recruitment. So you need to make it clear to any perspective members what is required  before they join. I WILL NOT be asking the new members how they found us it is up to them to inform me of how they found the forum. So lets get to recruiting. This contest will not close it will remain open and active until we reach 1,000 members registered and active. at which time I will review any need to continue this competition. So who knows how many post you could earn between now and then. On a further note, because this forum has a membership base that is world wide in scope I realy don't care which country the new members are from so long as they don't come here starting a bunch of un needed or unwarrented garbage. You will NOT be held liable for any actions of your recruits that will be between them and me so don't worry about your integrety as a member here. Also your recruit can be as young as 13 years old or as old as dirt far as I'm concerned. They must be able to understand and type in English as well. With the recent move to Invitation only status it is now more than ever important that each of you invite your friends to join us here but tell them what to expect before they visit us first. There is plenty of the board they can look at as guests but until they register there is much they cannot see. If you are wanting to use the refferal system you need to let me know because I'm not sure how that will work with the invitations. Just want you to know that your dedication to this forum is certainly appreciated. I'd like to have everybody able to be that active but each situation is different and I respect that difference. My advantage is I don't work and can spend as much time as I want on the net sometimes I forget that most of the members do have real jobs or just a life in general and I must step back and re-evaluate the situation.
