Let it be known that young marine scout sniper has been promoted to the rank of cadet command Sergeant Major which at this time is the highest rank a cadet can earn here. I promised him a long time ago if he would join our forum and bring in other cadet aged members I would, once we have a good group of participating cadet aged members 13-17 yrs old I would make him the Cadet Commandant that offer is still on the table for when the time comes. I just spent the last hour adding the Cadet ranks to our data base and I have noticed that our ranks data base is getting longer and longer. The cadet ranks had to be set as Special ranks because we are not able to set them up on auto adjusting ranks with the current features we have at our disposal. In the future I want to add cadet Officer ranks such as SR. Commandant, LT Commandant General etc.... but that may require starting a seperate board just for the cadets. We'll look at that when the time comes and I want to discuss those options with YMSS first. I think that the potential of this forum is ever increasing with these new members who are joining daily. I don't want to commit to a whole seperate forum just yet though because I'm not sure how long it is going to take to get a substantial amount of active cadets to justify opening a new forum. One thing that is for sure though we are off to a good start. So I've went ahead and appointed YMSS as the Senior officer for the cadet area but he still answers to the adult  staff officers and until we get more cadets aboard the adult admins will be moderating the cadet area.
