You MUST first request an invitation to join here so that you can be sent a code that will allow you to register. This is a security measure that helps us weed out Spam bots and those registering with bogus email accounts which was a real problem at one time for us here. Once you receive your invitation via your email account you may then register you will be asked to click one of three links at the 1st step of registration as seen in the image below If you are 13 or older click the top link [highlighted in blue] if you are under 13 you will have to have your parents fill out a permission form which will be kept on file and will allow me to activate your account once I receive the completed form via Snail mail and remember [BE HONEST] we will soon figure out your not as old as you say you are. If you make a mistake and click the 13 or younger link DON'T freak out I can activate your account manually you will need to email me and inform me of the oops. Also once you have registered successfully your second step needs to be to post your intro in the Report for duty forum BEFORE you will be able to post on the rest of the forum. You have 30 days to do this or your account will be deleted by one of the administrators unless we are notified with  the reason as to what the hold up might be for your delay but you STILL will be unable to post in others areas of OWCP until your introduction has been posted. I check my email EVERYDAY when possible to look for new requests I WILL send your invitation out ASAP!!
