The following exceptions are the ONLY exceptions that will be made... 1. You're an active duty member of the military and we are aware of that fact. 2. You have reported to me via Email or Private Message on the forum an indication that you are just not able to participate at this time but wish to keep your account with us. 3. You have posted an indication on the forum in any area you are able to post in that you need to be placed on leave or [stand-by] status There will be an area created just for that purpose in just a few minutes of this thread going up. Now Going on Leave or stand-by status does NOT stop ANY emails coming from the forum if someone posts a reply to a thread you are subscribed to or if myself or another administrator sends out a mass notification about an important issue pertaining to the forum. And other members will still be able to send you emails via your account here on the forum. We understand that life gets busy for everybody from time to time or things happen to our computers that prevent us from getting online altogether let alone any websites. That is why the limit for previously active members is up to 1 full year from the date of your last post made. If you wish to have an inexpensive way of contacting me[NO not my phone #] for in the event of a major malfunction with your computer or internet service please PM me and ask for that information ASAP. In closing: It is NOT my intent to sound threatening or "authorative" And I'm not one to just randomly single out members for the smallest of sins I'm VERY forgiving of off topic or "chatty" type posts here because I want this to be a truly fun environment for ALL to enjoy and I really hate to delete ANY account but the participation rule is the one that I am most adamant  about and WILL enforce if need be. You each joined here for your own personal reasons and that is greatly appreciated, but we need active members and though it looks good to have 100,000 registered members what is the point if only 10 or 20 are participating? If you have registered and have no clue what you need to do next or how to do it then please email me or ANY  member and ask what you need to do now. We're here to help you in every way that we can but if you don't ask we don't know that there is a problem. Any questions you might have may be posted here or email them to me and I will help you as best I can. This post will only remain a global topic for 30 days at which time it will be downgraded to just an announcement which it will remain until I decide to Archive it next year sometime.. Thank you all for being here this thread is for your information ONLY it is not a threat but a heads up on what it means if you're added to the "endangered" user group.
